The My Body, My Home retreat is held in the Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach Florida. Beautiful ocean views, 6 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living room with floor to ceiling views, 3 big pools with waterfalls and 3 hot tubs.
This resort will be our safe space for 4 days as we journey inside to reclaim our authentic self
If you have experienced any type of trauma and want to reclaim or find your voice then this retreat is for you. You will spend 5 days in the North Georgia Mountains with others who are on the their own healing journey. There will be one on one and group experiences designed to release layers of your trauma, help you relax, and recharge so you can tap back into your energy and passions.
