In 2019 over 652, 676 women were sexually abused. Many of these women never receive the support they need to heal or even know it’s possible.

Meet “Your Glenda” …
My name isn’t Glenda; however, I am happy to be your guide on your journey home. I know first-hand how not feeling safe in your own body can effect your life. I spent years being afraid to be heard, seen, touched, and even loved.
After my sexual abuse I felt like a stranger in my own body. It was my body, but it wasn’t my home anymore. I have spent the last 10 years working on healing. Healing is possible.
Once I found my way home, I then went on a journey to learn the very same methodologies that allowed me to heal so you too can feel safe in your body and find your way home.
Your Oz, A Safe Place to Heal

The My Body, My Home retreat is held in the Long Beach Resort in Panama City Beach Florida. Beautiful ocean views, 6 spacious bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, living room with floor to ceiling views, 3 big pools with waterfalls and 3 hot tubs.
This resort will be our safe space for 4 days as we journey inside to reclaim our authentic self.

This experiential and exploratory journey is designed to utilize the gestalt method which has helped thousands of people heal from trauma since the 1940’s. This method is designed to help you resolve any unfinished business that is holding you back from living your best life. These experiences will help you to become more connected with yourself and your feelings.
Lions, Tigers, and Bears OH MY!
There will be your own Lions, Tigers and Bears that you will face along the way just like Dorothy and the good news is you don’t have to do it alone. You have a guide and your own cast of characters who will hold your hand as you follow the yellow brick road.
Facing your own Lions, Tigers and Bears can be scary and intense at times. However, what’s really terrifying is what happens when you choose to not face them.
You remain lost in Oz, unsafe in your own home, giving your power away to the very same person who took it from you. You remain a prisoner in your own home.
This journey requires that you access your courage and be open to trust the process. When you do, you will begin to allow more love and connection in your life and to know it is safe to feel.
